As a part of the service we will provide detailed clarification notes and offer if applicable value engineering options.

The trend over many years has been for projects to be issued for tender with a varied amount of design required before the estimate can be completed; Electrical Estimating Services Ltd are able due to experienced gained from working in the industry for over 40years to assist the tendering contractor in bringing the design to a level where a cost can be submitted.
Following issue of the estimate, Electrical Estimating Services Ltd will, if required attend any post tender interview and provided any assistance during the construction period such as provided build ups to variations etc.
Our fees are based upon a scales which are formulated from the prime cost of the estimate; however this will be adjusted by factors such as multi duplication when costing projects such as multi apartment projects etc.
